For a while there, Mark Anderson was popping up everywhere I looked on the internet and one photo of him caught my attention. It was of Mark and a massive daikon radish growing in his cow pasture on his South Otago dairy farm.

That is the pink stuff we eat with our sushi, right? What was it doing in Mark’s pasture?
